New Condo Coming Up!!

Hola property investor!! There will be a new condo coming up just next to Terminal Putra...It's not my condo that I am mentioning now, it's a new one..not even launched...or maybe soft launched..i dunno..but yess, there are some review about it over the internet...the name is CASA MELATI...

What i know, form a quick research...it's going to be "sekentut" jer distance from LRT ..haha...very near...location, i am not sure whether it is just next to my condo..or the other side of LRT putra. Currently, there is some soil job (ape nama xtahu....yg diorg tebang2 pokok...rata kn tnh) just next to my condo..but not my block...I'm facing swimming pool though..ehehe..

Price?? It says stated from RM250k up...built up area...is 1400sq..and land tenure...hmm...it's a malay reserved...(kalau dh beli..kene jual kt malay aja..gitulah yg sy tahu..lain2..xtahu...mungkin buleh tuka..xtahu jugak..tp ok la..cukai tnh murah...hihihi)..brochure is hard to find..just ckp2 ajer...even developer pon...sy xtahu ..search sendiri lah....just to let know..if anyone interested nk wat investment ke....:)..Me??..xbli kot..because mahal la...and its malay reserve some more.....kalau rumah banglo ke...consider gak~~~ngeee...
